Fall will be just around the corner so what a good idea this recipe book is! You will find beverages, breakfasts, appetizers, soups, salads mains, breads, muffins and, of course, desserts - all with apples. I particularly liked the look of an apple slaw using cabbage, carrots, red onion and a nice dressing which includes ketchup.
