Aussie Quick Quilts: Session 1: 10 am - 12 pm, Saturday 30th July 2022
Aussie Quick Quilts is coming to Grandmother’s Garden!
On July 30th we will be hosting an Australian quilter, Leanne Ballsschmieter. Leanne has developed a cutting tool which she will be demonstrating. She has led tours throughout Australia, Hawaii, Canada, USA and is very proud of having introduced quilting into remote areas of Australia.
We plan on having two sessions - restricted to 20 people per session. This is the registration for the first session one is 10 am-12 pm and the second is at 1 pm - 3 pm.
Leanne says “Ask as many questions as you want, Come and join in, grab a gift, have a laugh and be inspired” She has many stories of her travels throughout the world with her enthusiasm for quilt making and the two-hour session will go very quickly! She would make a great guest speaker at a guild meeting.
It sounds like a lot of fun and we will have a cup of tea for you and a piece of home made fruit cake.
You must book and you will be asked to pay a $10.00 refundable fee when you book. Refundable means refundable in the shop and not with Leanne. We hope to prevent no shows by doing this.
