A Path to the Civil War (Book) DISCONTINUED

2011 marks the 150th anniversary of the beginning of the Civil War. The authors of this book found a mid 1800's sampler quilt and have recreated it using similar colours. With modern techniques you will find it a lot easier than Aurelia Bevans as she watched her country head into a bloody Civil War. There are lots of stories and articles from the newspapers of the time so this is also a coffee table book and one that other members of your family might enjoy. Kansas City Star do a great job with these historical books.
