Quilts - The Fabric of Friendship (Book) DISCONTINUED

This is a coffee table book. It is a result of the York County Quilt Documentation Project. York County in Pennsylvania has a history spanning 250 years. The Civil War, the Temperance Movement, World War 1 and the Great Depression were all reflected in the quilts made then and now selected for this book. There are over 200 quilts featured - all in colour. There are family stories and many, many photographs of the women who made the quilts dating back to when cameras were first used.
