This is Gayle’s work and it looks like a beautiful antique because she used aged muslin for the background of the stitchery. The kit will include the dark brown DMC and all the fabric as shown here. It’s not difficult to do backstitch. The challenge is to get your stitches even. I have found that mine have improved since I have been using a lighted magnifier. This is a great thing to have by your chair in the evening while you watch your favourite TV programme.
