Machine Appliqué Workshop with Sharon Keightley

This is a beginner friendly class with Sharon Keightley. However, any level quilter would learn plenty as it is possibly a new technique for everyone. You get to choose from the two designs shown here. Both of them are very manageable projects which can be used as table toppers, wall quilts or the beginnings of something larger. Sharon has a wonderful technique for doing machine appliqué where you are hard pressed to guess it was not done by hand. I have these two quilts on my desk and the work is perfection.

The workshop lasts for a whole weekend and you can expect to go home with a finished block having learnt all of Sharon's tips and tricks. One of her students from her last workshop with us, told us that it was the best workshop she's ever been to.

The workshop takes place at Grandmother’s Garden on Saturday, 16th February '19 from 9.30am to 4.30pm & Sunday, 17th February from 9.30am to 3.30pm. The fee is $178.00 (incl. tuition fee and pattern). Please let us know in the Special Instructions on the Checkout page which project you would like to work on.

A list of requirements will be sent to you upon registration once payment has been made in full. In the event that you are not able to attend the class, a refund can only be given if a replacement can be found.
