From the Bedroom to the Barnyard (Book) DISCONTINUED

The barn quilt movement is spreading across the country (the US) as rural communities paint quilt blocks on their barns. The movement is now in 27 states. You will find a tour guide in the back of the book if you want to visit some of these barns. The photography is really great in this book produced by the Kansas City Star. You can also make the blocks into you own sampler quilt. They are not difficult. Each block has a picture of a barn and the story about that particular barn.
